brick laying for a house

Many self-builders want to try their hand at bricklaying because it is considered one of the more approachable construction skills. However, it is not a task to be taken lightly, especially if you are constructing structural walls. For standard products, we ensure correct calculations to get an accurate picture of the number of bricks needed. First, we lay the bricks at both ends of the wall where the pillars will be. This is done after any required foundations have been laid. We make a straight guideline at a brick height between the two outside bricks using the string line. Following that, we mix the mortar and apply the first course of bedding mortar to the brick pillars in order to keep the pillars one course thicker.
